MM Shopfitting were pleased to be appointed to fit out the first new Wasabi store in two and half years and everybody is pleased with the results, as a new look and finishes were tried to soften the feel of the units and make them more welcoming. The clever graphics and the use of more oak, replacing some of the clinical appearance, has made it more appealing. Located by the Monument Tube Station it is a worthwhile destination for those craving one of Wasabi’s tempting dishes.
The team managed all aspects of the fit out with the appointment of all the subcontractors under their direct control for the air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, graphics and ventilation, all working together to complete the works on time. There was a chance to develop new designs for recycling, seating and graphics during the fit out.
Stuart Wilkinson who led the team thought that the Asian Flavour wall looked fantastic as we start to see a new look for Wasabi.
